So you basically want a divorce from you husband on the ground of adultry, in such a case you have the right to maintenace during the proceedings of the case, also your children have a separate right of maintenance as well. Since, your husband is a businesman, I assume he must be paying some taxes of atleast filing income tax returns so that would give us an estimate of his earning + you must be knowing his income well.
