Is mutual divorce on stamp paper valid under Hindu law

With reference to the above subject in our cast CLPSS (CHAROTAR LEUVA PATIDAR SEVA SAMAJ) it is valid. In order to produce Divore Decree court has asked us to produce avidance which can prove that Mutual Divorce on Stamp Paper is valid in your cast. So is there any list of cast in any Hindu law which can prove this ??????

Section 29(2) of Hindu marriage act :- Nothing contained in this Act shall be deemed to affect any right recognised by custom or conferred by any special enactment to obtain the dissolution of a Hindu Marriage, whether solemnized before or after the commencement of this Act.
That means your divorce are valid which was executed on stamp paper.
Tell your advocate that said document proved as per evidence act.

it is valid only by mutual by both family.not valid by law.you must either need register divorce or decree certificate from court.mutual means only you,your family and their family and cast accept this mutual divorce on stamp paper.
