Is getting divorced after three months of marriage possible

i require divorce from my husband . its been 3 months of marriage and its not working out. we both live separately. when can i earliest apply for divorce in ambala court as i m studying in that region. Is it possible to get divorced in 3 months of marriage?

As per provision of Hindu marriage laws divorce petition can only be entertain after one year of marriage, so if both party agree mutually than it takes only 6 months time to get divorce. Secondly if other party mutually not agree than you have to take ground mention in sec 13. Mob.9416420779
