Is forcibly taking wife's salary a form of dowry?

If husband earns more than wife, and still forcefully takes wife salary and torture her if not given comes under dowry?
we can not say to such ammount as dowry. but by the way of court you can prohibit for such act. there is scope for prevention that forcefully act. court will protect your rights by the way of order. there is provision for this in domestic violence act. you can get help of it..

If your husband earns or not earns more than you. He can take your salary forcefully without your will .If your husband tourture you for that you can file complaint in women comission and file a case of domestic violence in your distict court through your advocate.
