Is divorce done on stamp paper valid

Mery bibi ko 100 stamp pe notary karke devoic diya hai kya vo valid hai
Absolutely it is a invalid Divorce Paper. A Divorce can be granted only by the Jurisdictional family court and not a notary person or a Oath Commissioner. As per law only a court can grant a decree of divorce. Further divorce on stamp paper is not accepted by any authority.
