Inhouse forced me to leave matrimonial house

My husband is not allowng me to meet my own parens he & his parents demanding for my salary & heavy gift from me but i refused to give my inlows & sisterinlows ask me to leave the house and i left the inlowas house, now i am staying with my parent, but now my husband filed the divorce case , please advice me how to teach him lesson and how to fit for my rights

You can file petition in court for domestic violence n claim whatever relief you want asper said act. And further can file police complaint in local police station under 498 crpc. You can also file maintenance petition separately.
And if u want to reside with him you an issue restitution notice n then file petition in court of law
