Indian girl wants to marry a pakistani

Firstly is it possible ? Second since there is now no tourist visa what would be the best option to visit and marry ? If i cannot visit normally pakistan is it possible that we may go to Dubai and get married there and then later apply for permanent residence in pakistan? If yes how long would it be to get permanent residence in pakistan and if I become a national citizen of Pakistan would my India citizen be cancelled? If at last you can simply by your experience that how could we marry and I could stay in pakistan because if I wishes to come India the laws are very strict for permanent residence therefore I am ready to be there
