In laws creating difference with husband can I file divorce

If there is a families issues between husband and wife. If wife does not want to have any relation with husband parents because of their bad behaviour.they donot like their daughter in law. They started to create difference between husband and wife. Is that can be a reason of divorce? If husband still have relation with his parents. Please answer this question.if couple religion is bharamin.
if both of you are hindu by religion, than you case under Hindu marriage act is going to be filed.
But within one year of marriage no divorce petition can be filed, only by permission by court we can file within one year

Yes mam if the in laws at ur matrimonial house are causing you mental and physical agony , then it can be a reason for filing divorce petition.. However the court will first refer you both to mediation so that u both can resolve out your disputes.. If mediation does not work out good then trial will b conducted and the divorce petition will be decided on merits
