if both of you are hindu by religion, than you case under Hindu marriage act is going to be filed.

But within one year of marriage no divorce petition can be filed, only by permission by court we can file within one year

for that you have show clear and good grounds for divorce, only this solitary ground may not be good enough,

you have do make additional grounds also as how actually they behave and to show cruelty.

than only you will have good ground for divorce.

for further work kindly spare time and have a meeting for proper advice

It can become a ground for divorce in some cases depending on the facts and circumstances. Facts like the manner in which in laws are attempting to create the differences, response of husband to those attempts and his behavior and attitude towards wife as a result of those attempts will have to be considered. More details will be required to answer this question to your satisfaction.

Yes mam if the in laws at ur matrimonial house are causing you mental and physical agony , then it can be a reason for filing divorce petition.. However the court will first refer you both to mediation so that u both can resolve out your disputes.. If mediation does not work out good then trial will b conducted and the divorce petition will be decided on merits
