In Domestic violence case can we proceed for Mutual divorce.

In Domestic violence case can we proceed for Mutual divorce or I need to apply for a separate case for it and also I wanted know that if I start agreeing for 10,000 maintenance per month now and if I file for mutual divorce and if I pay one time settlement will I still have continue to pay 10,000 monthly maintenance.

No, Domestic violence is criminal proceeding and filing divorce is Civil proceeding so one can not proceed for divorce in a Domestic  violence case.

You will have to file seperate proceding for divorce and yes, if it is mutual and you pay one time settelment then you need not to pay monthly maintainance.
