Illegitimate child maintainance and my marriage now null and void

My wife kept me in blind about her first marriage, i came to know about her first marriage after my marriage. Her 1st husband also file a case in court mentioning that his marriage was done before my marriage and he also a child . In this scenario I put divorce file in court to make my marriage null and void My question is , am i liable for her maintenance and child maintainance According to which section I can file to avoid maintainance of both her & her child ( her first husband accepted i

First and foremost if her first marriage was not annuled the day u married her, in law she was still the legitimate wife of the first husband and your marriage with the said person is void and null ab initio, you are not liable to maintain her or provide any maintenance to the child out of wedlock from the lady and her first husband , there are ways to help you which I will be happy to assit you in person kindly contact to get a detailed dicussion
