If wife not living with husband and not give divorce to husband

Hi All.... If wife not want to live with husband and not want to give divorce to husband and demand huge amount in maintenance and alimony what husband will do can whole life of husband is ruined.

In any case, if the husband has filed divorce against wife, he has to prove it strongly through evidence that no room be left with the court except to grant decree of divorce. If wife is not ready to give divorce or demanding alimony which is not within reach of husband then contesting divorce in court is only option left with such husband. The husband through his counsel can request the court to expedite the proceedings of the case.

hello ! The first option husband has is to file a petition under section 9 of Hindu marriage act for restitution of conjugal rights.
