If wife has lost maintenance case can she file it again

Hi team, first of all appreciate the initiative/idea that you coming through facebook that's helps the fellow citizens I have a question regarding my maintenance case My wife filed a case asking maintenance however after the cross examination she did not appear at all... the judgement almost coming in my way as expat.What should.I do if she files a maintenance case again once the judgement favorable to me And I won.I was thinking if she can file MC again by showing some false medical certificate for not appearing before . Please advise. Thx.
if she is preferring appeal against the judgment given in your favor, you may have to challenge her grounds of appeal on the basis of merits in your side as well as the favorable point in the judgment.
She cannot file another maintenance case just because she lost it, you can file a petition before court to reject the claim on the basis of rejudicata.
