If my wife file for divorce how should I defend

My Question is My wife is not staying with me since last 6 months, she's been at her mom's place, she just want to harass me for no good reason, what if she files divorce, how would i backup myself
dear client if u want to save marriage then u have to send her legal notice through lawyer and have to call back her to matrimonial home. if she will not return to matrimonial home after issuing notice then file case for restitution of conjugal rights under sec 9 of Hindu marriage act. for any legal help call me

If she has gone without informing you and if she is not replying or responding you and if she is not coming to you and if she filed divorce petition then under criminal procedure there is remedy for you that can help you surely.

dear client, you have not given your religion i.e.personal law applicable to you.if you are governed by Hindu law then you can certainly file petition against your wife for Restitution of conjugal rights for cohabitation.
