If I file for divorce what are cases can my wife file against me

I am planning to file divorce against my wife. I want to know if I file divorce what all rights will my wife have and how much maintenance can she ask from me
as a counterblast she can file domestic violence case as well as 498A case against you. As regards maintenance it depends upon your income vis-a-vis her income or whether she has proof of your income or whether you have proof of her income, it is difficult to quote how much maintenance.

You wife can ask for Maintenance. but as per latest Bombay High Court Judgement of Wife is qualified and have Potential to earn income , husband is not liable to pay maintenance. However , maintenance is dependent on your income , your liabilities and money required by Wife to maintain her life style at the time of Divorce
