If women get married without divorced to first husband is it legal. Can first husband legal can take action
The husband can approach the court under section 494 IPC according to which if the husband or wife marries again during the life of such husband or wife, shall be punished with imprisonment of for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine. Need more information to the same ! Thanks f women hasn’t taken divorce why would she marry her own husband! Therefore your question isn’t correct. However if u want to say that u married the Second time n now u want to marry your previous husband without divorce then you cannot do that bcoz without divorce that marriage would be void ! Secondly your current husband may complaint in this regard u/s 494 ipc that is bigamy !
