I want to understand the meaning of the memo submitted by lawyer

Is lawyer paid amount for memo? How much amount? Two surieties meaniñg?
Memo: Accused A1 to A5 are present copies furnished u/s 207 of crpc Accused is directed to execute self bond of Rs 10000/- with two securities for a like some each in the next adjournment for examination posted to 02-06-2025. Sri V.S.N advocate file memo of appearance for A1 to A5.
I want to withdraw V.S.N lawyer and want to go with new lawyer. Do i need to pay amount to lawyer? Two sureties persons?

1. Memo Filing Fee to Lawyer: Yes, lawyers may charge a small fee (₹500–₹2000 approx) for filing a memo of appearance, depending on experience/location.
2. Withdrawing V.S.N. Lawyer: You can change your lawyer anytime. Just file a new vakalatnama with the new lawyer. You don’t need to pay V.S.N again unless you owe any pending fees.
3. Two Sureties: You must bring two persons (relatives/friends) who will vouch for the accused. They must show ID proof and address proof and may need to sign a bond of ₹10,000/- each.
