I want to stay with my husband

My husband had an extra marital affair so u caught him in a red handed and he and his mum harassed me a lot so I came outside now I file a case like I want to stay with him but don’t want to stay with his mother but he refused he don’t want me now

S.Gunasekar Advocate Answer. You can file a Section 9 RCR (Restitution of Conjugal Rights) case in family court to legally request to live with your husband, excluding his mother’s presence if harassment is proved. You can also file a DV case for mental cruelty and harassment. If he refuses, court may order counseling or legal separation/divorce depending on the facts.
