My husband had an extra marital affair so u caught him in a red handed and he and his mum harassed me a lot so I came outside now I file a case like I want to stay with him but don’t want to stay with his mother but he refused he don’t want me now

can file a complaint with the police or directly with the Magistrate's court under the DV Act The DV Act also provides for monetary relief, maintenance, and residence orders. either also file a petition for conjugal rights
