I want to get rid of my wife Can I file for divorce

i got married last year,before marriage i did not know about her real charector. after staying with her 3 months we started knowing her that she is very much moody, she does not behave properly with the family member and me. she has got a nerve problem, at the time of tension period she gets senseless,sometimes she tried commit suicide if we go against her wrong behaviour sometimes she goes outside without letting anyone know to our home,she threatens us because of her fathers money.she do not do anything at home always lying on bed.i just want to get rid of her please help my family.

You can file a divorce showing the ground that your wife is torturing you mentally. So you have any issue?remember, If you ask for divorce then your wife can claim for maintainance for both her and your child
