I want divorce from my wife as I love someone else.

We have married since 16 years,we have 2 children.from last several years our bonding and mutual understanding is going through rough phases and we fight often. Since last almost 2 years I am living saparate and I am in love with someone else.so how can I get divorce as my wife denied to give divorce??

You may seek divorce by filing a petition before the family court citing valid legal grounds such as cruelty, desertion or irretrievable breakdown of marriage. The court will issue notice, hear both sides and decide based on facts, evidence and reconciliation efforts.
