I filed for divorce case but after that wife file DV case what to do

I applied divorce,court give first hearing date before it,they gave compliant to all women police station,they call me said ur wife gave compliant.so I take antiseptatery bail when we ask police they said there is no case.after few days call from other police station to summon for case u r wife gave on u.after bail if they give new case will it be valid.
It is not maintainable in law however that will be decided in the court only and not by the police station.
However in the next police station, if you are able to convince them that she has already filed a complaint with another police station for the same reason and are able to produce some evidence for it, the police may after taking opinion from public prosecutor would close this complaint, but the police should be willing to help you.
