Husband's ex wife filed for contested divorce

After 2year of mutual divorce my husband's first wife want legal divorce by court .in that case my marriage is legal or not and how to deal with it.
Assuming that you are a Hindu:-
(1) If the first marriage was solemnized according to the Hindu Law, then his first marriage was legal and he can duly take divorce from the Court.
(2) Even if the second marriage was solemnized according to the Hindu Law, still the second marriage with you does not become legal. You can never be regarded as a legally wedded wife of your husband.
(3) Now, if he gets divorce from his first wife, still your marriage with him will never be legal.
