Husband remarried without divorce What action can second wife take

One of my friend's father married a lady without the knowledge of his wife. He has a daughter born to second wife. But, the second wife knows that he was already married before. That was a illegal marriage. I know it is illegal. Now the father is trying to leave the second wife because my friend came to know about it. He no longer wants to continue the relationship because of guilt. Now, can the second wife file a complaint against him for leaving her a abandoned with the child? Religion- HINDU
The second wife cannot claim legal status of wife since this marriage during the subsistence of previous marriage and the spouse living, is null and void.
She can file a case for cheating against him for suppressing the fact aterial to that marriage.
She can file domestic violence case against him
She can claim maintenance at least for the child.
