Husband not coming home asking me to leave the house

Recently my husband started saying that he is not interested in me and our relationship. He asked me to stay in my parents home but when I did not agree to leave him, he suddenly left the house and not coming home from one week. What complain should I file so that he should come back home and stay with me.

Dear client if he is not coming home then first send legal notice through lawyer and ask him to come back. After issuing notice if he will not come back then file case of restitution of conjugal rights against him under sec 9. For any legal help call me
