Husband marrying again without taking divorce what can I do

I m a Muslim sunni girl and i had1yr old daughter. I want divorced from my husband but my husband is not ready to give me divorce. Inspite he is gettng marry to another woman. Under such circumstances what should i do to stop my husband to getting marry?
You should file a divorce petition in the family court along with a maintenance under section 125 cr.pc for yourself and your daughter. It is your right to get maintenance. He cannot marry another lady till he gives you divorce.
