Husband in jail how to get divorce and child custody living abroad

I am an indian hindu by religion and seeking for divorce. I live in dubai. my husband is also hindu. we are married for 16 yrs and and have a son of 13yrs. i just want divorce and custody of my child. my husband is behind the bars here so it is not possible for me to come to india for divorce. is it possible to get divorce being in dubai? I can travel to india but my husband cannot. What should I do?

If you are ready to do with mutual consent then it can be possible. But the court need presence of both husband and wife to get the divorce done mutually. There is another way to do so. But have to approah embassy for the same.
