Husband filed divorce petition mother in law receiving court summons

Husband of my daughter has filed a divorce petition against my daughter in Maharastra family court on 4th April 2016 my daughter is still living with her husband even after filing of Divorce petition even they are enjoying their family life.My daughter has not received the summons from the court as yet. But we the parents have received a copy of court summon on our own address .The boy is harassing us a lot and misbehaved with us and maligned our name in he eyes of all the relatives and freinds Can we the parents of the daughter file a defamation & harassment case against the husband of our
Dear sir, as your daughter is enjoying the marital life with her husband, it is advised that an Fir is launched against the husband as same is a crime. However it is advised that you file a reply to the petition mentioning these grounds and if you wish to take divorce then accordingly the matter shall be addressed. However it is adviced to file a complaint before woman cell.
