Husband did marriage without my knowledge filed bigamy case

I got married in 2007 and lead marital life for 5 yrs happily but we were unable to get child and his family blamed me for not having children wre in my husband had problem as per medical tests but they touchered me to give permission for 2nd marriage but i didnt agreed so some how thy send me to my parents home and in 2012 my husband and his family put case for nullification of marriage till now case is in court. in 2015 feb he got 2nd marriage without my knowledge so after i came to know about this i put bigamy case against him but due to no judge in court my bigamy case is yet pending
The situation you mentioned does constitute the offence of bigamy as the previous marriage was not yet declared as a null from an appropriate court of law and hence it can’t be said to have been dissolved as per law. Therefore entering into a subsequent marriage before nullifying of the first one is an offence as per section 494 of IPC. The matter will be heard on the next date fixed by the court.
