You can just give the statements till before the money got deposited in your account you can also show other multiple outstanding loans and liabilities on your head to best balance your income and savings. Just show more personal loans etc.

Hello, In divorce cases one has to submit bank statements of last 3 years, so this income tax refund is not a routine thing you can omit to mention this as there is no column of income tax refund in the income affidavit.

The issue is not the refund amount. The only documents to be presented in court will be the previously submitted financial statements reflecting your salary and expenses. These records adequately demonstrate your financial position and are sufficient for the court’s review. Disclosure of the refund amount is unnecessary and irrelevant to the matter at hand and thus will not be included in any submissions or discussions before the court. Limiting evidence to your income and expenditures ensures a focused, clear, and precise presentation, maintaining the integrity and relevance of the financial information provided during the proceedings.
