How to save my alloted property by development authority in divorce

Hindu religion, I am about to file divorce against my wife, i was allotted a flat in a lottery by development authority. in my home town, before my marriage date i.e 25/02/2015. This is under construction i have paid 1 st installment i.e 25% of Flat cost by my savings, another 2&3 rd installments are through loan. and final 25% i have to pay in dec 2017 then i will get possession and can register that property in my name. Now the que. is how can i totally save my property from my wife by taking care before filing my case, and 90 % she may be having awareness of this property in my name. please tell whether to sell or transfer it to my mom. or some thing else i could do.

transfer to ur mom
actually in case she have move an application for 24 of HM act for grand of maintenance. if u failed to comply the order of maintenance and she file a execution case to that effect for attachment of property.
in case both r ready for mutual divorce in the terms and conditions then ur releasing

The best option is to transfer the owner ship to non blood relative of your favour who is minor and may become major after period of time. If property is not in your name no one can claim it from you.

hello, i have been through your query and i think that yes you can file divorce against you wife mutually or u contest it depends upon the nature of both the parties and you can claim your property as you are absolute possesor of the property and not your wife!
