How to obtain divorce when wife is not ready

I married in November 2013. I have 1.7 year old baby girl. I send my wife at her parents home from December 2015 from last 5 months. My wife had attempted to Suicide 3 times ( first attempt before marriage due to an Affair and 2 attempts after marriage at my home) She always threat us for sucide and become abusive many time I found her Vulgar msgs and converstion with her brothers. Her parents always threaten us that they will file the case against us if we are not accepting her as it is. They are neither ready for divorce nor ready to change her They are eager to send her to my home
I would suggest either you issue legal notice for restitution or divorce by incorporating what u put in querry. As u have to decide either of the resources
U can also give a written complaint to local police station against wife n her parents n seek oc of same or you can issue personal letter by registered post to her.
Further so far divorce u can file petition under cruelty which you have to prove.
