How to hand over stridhan to girl in divorce by mutual consent

How to handover stridhan to girl is it safe to give her and take her sign on paper written that all stridhan given to her,we both agree for mutual divorce in which i have to give rs.50000 on first motion and rs.150000 in 2nd motion,is it safe to give money on first motion what if girl backout and not sign 2nd motion,what is the value of mou signed on court mediation centre,can anyone backout after signing mou,what legal action can be taken?
As you both have agreed for mutual consent better would be to ask your lawyer to draft a deed of settlement incorporating all the terms of settlement for mutual divorce. Make it part of mutual consent petition and file in court to become part of judicial record. And also put therein that in case she backs out after first payment and or second payment you will legally recover the same at her costs.
