How to get the divorce case transferred from one district to another ?

Brief Facts
• Marriage solemnized in district A
• After filing 498A FIR wife shifted to District B with her parents but working in District A
• Husband is working in District C
• Wife has filed the divorce case in District B
• All the districts i.e. A, B and C are in same state i.e. Uttar Pradesh.
Sir, I want to know :-
a) As per clause iv of Section 19, can wife file the divorce case in district B ?
b) Legal remedy for husband to transfer case in District A or C ?

In this case an application has to be moved before the Hon'ble Supreme Court for transfer of matter from one district to another.
