How to get rid of devious & unscrupulous In-laws

We are Hindus. Son married 2011. Was to go abroad for Co.work in 2012. Visa of both was ready. Suddenly girl's parents forcibly took away the girl, saying daughter will NOT go so far. Boy went alone in June, 2012. They hv broken off all comm. last 4 yrs. NO POLICE COMPLAINT BY THEM. They offrd MCD 2015 for big Money. We refused. They filed Divorce petition in Aug'15, which not yet been served legally to my son abroad. Only DATES being given repeatedly. Nobody attends. Boy will not return to settle in India. WHAT CAN WE DO, Sirs, to get rid of this girl ? If Case fought,we will WIN outright.
If you want to get divorce from the girl then to get it over soon you can speak to them and file a mutual consent divorce petition before the court instead of going through a normal divorce procedure which usually takes longer time. Your son needs to visit onceor twice and the court may order for Divorce.
