How to get DNA tests in a Divorce case

Hello I have applied for divorce on adultery ground in district court in bangalore. And in same court i filled DNA petition on paternity. Now my wife filed DVC case in pune court. Her native is pune. But still i did not receive any summons from pune court so far. I would like to file DNA petition in DVC case in pune court also. My question is "Already DNA petition is running in bangalore family divorce court. Even though can i file again DNA petition in DVC case in pune court...?" Please suggest me..
You have to wait for the summons to be served on you for the DVC case before you appear ,I assume your wife and child stay in Pune currently?By the time it is served and you appear and file your reply in Pune ,your Paternity application would have been heard in bangalore .

It is the one of ground for the divorce i.e. adultery. If you prove that child is not yours by the DNA test then it is proved that your wife had filed false case against you just for harassment only. Thanks

Since you have not yet received summons in the DVC matter supposed to have been filed by your wife, it is premature to discuss about filing DNA petition in the Pune Court. Please pursue the DNA petition before the Bangalore Court sincerely and the DNA report obtained in the divorce matter can be marked in the Pune Court.
