How to get divorce from wife she is threatening me and my family

Sir / Madam, I married on 04-July-2015. Post marriage I found that she has menstrual irregularity and not cycle for up to 3 months. She left me and went to her parent's place on 04-Feb-2016. Now she is threatening that she will file case of Domestic Violence against me and my parents. What should I do? Should I bring her back and give another try? Some lawyers have suggested to stay away for 3 more months so that the gap of 6 months is completed. Please suggest.
