How to get certificate from got that says marriage is null and void

Sir I got married on 5th Feb night on 6th Feb morning I came to know that the girl is already married 3 yrs ago and her divorce petition is still pending in matrimonial court the fir is lodged in janipur police station on direction of city judge...now I want to know that I need any certificate from court for nullification of marriage if yes how much time it takes I got married according to Hindu rites and no relation is developed among us hours after marriage I came to know facts on 8th of Feb story was published in every news paper as city judge orders for register FIR

You are right I have also read about this in daily local news paper. In this case you have to file petition in family court for declaring your mariage as null and void. Before filing petition you also have to obtain copies from court of the new fir case registered against the girl and copy of previous divorce case. Even your advocate can apply for certified copies . Also save the news paper in which this case are published. You get relief from court very easily and in short time. Rest details can be discussed after meeting.
