How to fast track the divorce case, please advise.

I am a Hindu and guy is Muslim. Court marriage w/o parent's consent. Did not stay with him. Filed divorce on cruelty basis. He is not ready to give divorce. Demanding 5 lakhs. Later we got to know that he was already married having two kids. Mentioned this in the court. Collecting proofs. However matter is not moving ahead from past 3 years. He keeps on missing alternate dates. Want to get out of this as soon as possible. Kindly help.
Hi If he keeps on missing date , file application at each stage to move ahead as he is absent on purpose. If he already married then check the validity of your marriage even if he is a muslim as yours was not a nikah & you did not convert,discuss with your advocate and plan .

Just on the minimal information provided by you IF what you say about him missing court dates is a fact ,you can apply for an Ex parte decree but further more important is at what stage is the petition?
