How to claim stridhan with divorce after 12 years of separation

Sir, I am living seperate from my husband last 12 years. Now I am going to take divorce . I also want my stridhan but it is got from my grandparents so I don't have bill of it's. Otherwise I have photos of that when it was given in marriage . It shows that given process of ornaments . So can I get it from my in-laws with divorce now?
