How long does it take to withdraw a matrimonial suit

Hi, my husband filed a mat suit three months back, the case status is showing pending and the stage is SR/Ad/PR. 2 weeks back he told me he went to court to withdraw the case and give another chance to our marriage. I didn’t hire any advocate as he is telling me he withdraws the case and the paper will reach to his address within one month. I need to know if the petitioner withdraw his case on his own how long does that case file take to withdraw from the court? Please let me know.
