How can I get back expenses incurred by my family in the divorce?

It’s been 1 year of my marriage. After marriage, I came to know that my husband is MENTALLY impotent. He has some psychological issues, he is unable to maintain erection. He can perform after eating viagra. Also, his family demanded car and jewellery in marriage that we gifted him. He and his mother caused me mental distress with their behaviour. Now I want to separate. How can I get back our wedding expenses? Husband is refusing any doctor and marriage counselling. We are Hindu.

Acording to hindu marriage if girl or boy anyone have impotency and unable to perform, then party should file the application in relivent court but it's burden of proof on complainant, you can proof in front of court he is impotent...
