How can I file for a contested divorce

I am married since 9 months. I have no interest in continuing with this relationship. But as it was an arrange marriage i have no support from my family. Everyone is happy about this marriage but me. My husband is nor ready to divorce and i have no such issues with him or his family. I simply want to live an independent life on my own. On what grounds i can seek divorce.

In your query you haven't stated any valid ground for divorce so it's difficult to give my opinion about that. If everything between the couple is fine you won't be successful in getting a divorce decree from the court.
However you can convince your husband for a mutual consent divorce that too after completing 1 year of the marriage.

Dear client u cannot ask divorce before completion of one year of marriage. Second thing to file divorce strong reason must need like cruelty impotency disease. But as per yr question u r telling there is nothing wrong. U need to create reason with evidence. For that call me
