How can I file divorce if mother left home with daughter

I am muslim married a hindu women after a year she left me and also she took my daughter along with her. Actually she was adivorcee and she took divorcee from her ex because he his impotent. After our marriage she put one condition that nobody from my home should not contact me. She forced me to convert as hindu. After my refuse she took my daughter and went to her mother home. Because of her attitude and mental torture i took treatment in a Mental rehabilitation Hospital - CMC Vellore. She left me in the year 2013. I want divorce and i need daughter. Please suggest.
Well you can file a divorce case against her on the grounds of desertion and cruelty.
You can also file a child custody case and in it itself you can file an application for visitation rights as an interim relief.
