How can i file cheating case against brother inlaw, wife and family

Hi, Its been 2 years since I have married my in laws cheated me on my wife DOB and after six months of marriage my wife started doing police complaints and comprise. she is infertile and last 3 months back she again did police complaint and went to her home. Now I want to file a 420 complaint on her brother in law, mother in law and wife. She also took gold of mine and left home.can i book case through court on them.
