How can a muslim woman file for divorce

My name is arwa.i belong to muslim caste.m seprated wid my husbnd 6mnths back.i have 3 yrs old son who is mentaly disable..he neither pay maintance nor giving me divorce.i stay wid my mom nd brother nd belong to lower class fmly..i want to giv divorce.i cant afford advocate fee..please guide me how i can take divorce..
You can approach free legal aid cell for assistance , being a woman you are entitled to free legal aid , through the legal aid lawyer you can file for divorce, maintenance for self and child , rent for house and other releifs.

You can file for maintenance application for you and your child U/Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code in the appropriate Court and serve the notice to your husband through the Court. After getting the order of maintenance only you proceed for divorce by making Talaqnama/ Mubaratnama as required by the Court.
