Guidance Required for Streedhan, Joint Locker Freeze & Child Passport

Hello Sir/ma'am,
My sister has filed CRMAJ in Family Court, Ahmedabad (reply stage). Her streedhan is in a joint locker which her husband has frozen without consent after case filing. He also has the child’s passport. Kindly guide on urgent legal steps to unfreeze locker, recover streedhan, and obtain the child’s passport through court intervention. Thank you.
Since the matter is already pending before the Family Court Ahmedabad, we will file an urgent interim application seeking directions to unfreeze the joint locker and protect your Stridhan articles. The law is very clear that Stridhan is the exclusive property of the wife, and the husband cannot deny access or freeze it without consent.
Additionally, we will seek court directions for production and custody of the minor child’s passport to prevent misuse.
If required, we can also request immediate interim protection orders to prevent disposal of jewellery or misuse of passport.

Your issue is based on the criminal case filed in court. however your description of legal issue lacks specific information about filing of divorce related legal proceedings. Stree dhan recovery warrant on application will only be issued if you file Hindu Marriage Petition (F SUIT/HMP) with family court. criminal case Don't deal with properties held by spouse.
