Guidance Needed: Seeking Divorce Without Mutual Consent

24-Dec-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Hello, I have been separated from my wife for the past three years. During this period, I have lost interest in continuing the marriage. Unfortunately, she is unwilling to agree to a mutual divorce. I would like to understand the grounds on which I can file for divorce in such a situation. If she claims she is ready to reconcile, but I am no longer interested, how should I proceed legally? Your advice and insights will be greatly appreciated.
