Got married on first may 2017 wives family issue can I file divorce

Dear sir, I got married on 1 May 2017 on wardha as family arrange Ritual marriage then after visiting some place for dev darshan and then wife,me & my mom dad come to my home @ pune on 6 june,Next day we had reception,same day wife dad & mama had visited my home at evening.wife dad had issue with my family like the don't like way to speak with mine dad. Next day morning wife,her dad,mama stole some money & jewellery(approx 4 lakh)& direct go to Police station & file case On all of 3(me,dad,mom) 498A,504,34. Next day we file case regarding jewellery stole from lawyer.(420/379/380/34) now after one month just file for bail Me & dad. I am Planing for divorce can i file after 6 month of marriage as mutual @ Nov 2017 coz wife not leaving with me the day she file case. please advice Regarding my next action can i file case 192,193,196 & 209 ? can i file divorce or let wife to do so ?
