Filing Divorce on ground of mental cruelty from wife and her family

My marriage is only 6 months old and i was diagnosed with cancer 2 months after marriage. My wife stayed and took care for me for 3 months. Then she went back to her parents. After that, she has been fighting with me every other day and shown mental cruelty while I was undergoing treatment.I am currently not earning a penny.Can I file for divorce and get separated without any alimony?
