Filed sec13 1ia What points will get divorce granted

Got married in Nov2020. From day1 she not intrested due to forced marriage. Keep away from me everytime within 9months she left me from my house and filed sec9 then i filed sec 13 1 ia. Cross examination going. We submitted 3 eye witness to the court. My lawyer mentioned same matter in that document mentioned reverse in petition place respondent and in respondent place as petitioner. Now we changed lawyer he about to submit amendments. What points can highlight cruelty and get divorce.

From day one, she showed disinterest due to forced marriage, avoided cohabitation, and left within 9 months. Filing Section 9 despite leaving voluntarily caused mental cruelty. Her refusal to build a marital life, emotional neglect, and public arguments add to the cruelty. Three eyewitnesses support your claims.
